The 2024 Don Johnson gets underway tonight in Mount Pearl. The host Mount Pearl Blades face the St. John's Capitals at 7 p.m. Atlantic Time. Tomorrow, the rest of the teams are in action at 11:30 a.m. with the Kent Koyotes taking on the Kensington Vipers, followed by the Caps and the Antigonish Bulldogs at 3 p.m. and then at 7 p.m., the Blades face the Vipers. Expecting Antigonish to be AP-heavy at the Dojo like previous years. Should be a good tournament nonetheless.

The host Blades sit atop the standings with a 2-0 record after defeating the Kensington Vipers 6-2 in last nights late game.
Antigonish Bulldogs hammered the St. John's Capitals 8-0 while Kensington edged the Kent Koyotes earlier in the day.
Today,the Bulldogs face the Koyotes at 11:30 a.m. Atlantic time, while the Vipers face the Capitals at 3 p.m. and the the host Blades take on the Koyotes at 7 p.m.
Lots of former Jr. A players on pretty much all the rosters at this tournament as well.

The Koyotes defeated the Bulldogs 3-2 in overtime, the Vipers defeated the Caps 4-0 and then the host Blades shut out the Koyotes 3-0.
Round robin action finishes up today with the Bulldogs and Vipers at 11:30 a.m., the Koyotes face the Caps at 3 p.m. and the Bulldogs face the host Blades at 7 p.m.

The Bulldogs won both their games yesterday, 4-3 over the Vipers and 5-2 over the host Blades. The other matchup saw the Caps hang on for a 3-2 win and punch their ticket to the semifinals on Saturday. The loss eliminated the Koyotes from playoff contention.
The wins on Friday moved the Bulldogs into first place and they will host the Caps at 3 p.m. while the other semifinal has the Blades tale on the Vipers at 7 p.m.
